How To Not Smoking
You know smoking is a bad and dangerous habit. Too many researches, articles, news and theories about what is smoking and its side effects in short term or long run. But nicotine addiction keep coming back ruining and burying you in hell of temporary pleasure and mood raising (if you are a smoker). Lucky if you’re not a cigarettes or marijuana smoker or something else similar to these addicted materials. If you’re not a smoker like I am, you must be feel what I feel when it’s come to not smoking.
I’m free from wasted my money to that poisonous things. I’m independent of being dictated by cigarettes. I’m far from chances to suffer some cancer, heart attack, emphysema, respiratory illnesses and bla… bla… bla…. Too many advantages to not smoking, must be you know it, maybe even better than me.
In this writing I’m trying to little reminding all of us about how dangerous is smoking and I’m trying to discuss about how to quit smoking although I’m not a smoker now or before. But hopefully these sort of ideas will help you to stop or not smoking anymore.
Dangers of smoking
I think anyone already know how not beneficial and how not useful when someone go smoke, men or women, teenager or adult, young or old. But it’s always have a good advantages and effects when we recall the dangers of smoking into our mind again and again. Hope you will build strong will to stop and quit from your bad hobby (once again if you are a smoker).
The most dangerous effect of smoking is related to health of human body. Long term inhaled smoke contained poisonous chemicals from cigarettes may produce more chances of human body to suffer some deadly disease.
You know cancer really affected by this smoking habit. Cancer is the first disease you may find in smoker’s body. You can find articles in cancer.org website. They wrote :
“Smoking damages nearly every organ in the human body, is linked to at least 15 different cancers, and accounts for some 30% of all cancer deaths. And it costs billions of dollars each year. Yet one in five Americans still light up…. ”
The second disease that will hunting a smoker is heart attack. The blood contained many chemicals from cigarettes will continue alleviates and reduces normality of heart function. Blood pressure increase and chances you’re gonna get that silent attacker and maybe end in death. Sadly but that’s true. So watch out.
The third is emphysema, the Emphysema (emf-fi-see-maa) is a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as it is otherwise known, formerly termed a chronic obstructive lung disease). It is often caused by exposure to toxic chemicals, including long-term exposure to tobacco smoke (wikipedia).
And the lighter diseases will follow the smoker. So beware and stay away from tobaccos. Quit right now or it will be too late, and regret in the end.
The others danger of smoking is actually addressed to money or financial wasted. While you earn money the hard way, you will burn that money in an easy way by smoking. Ironic but it’s true. Smoker throw their hard working of cash to smoke of tobaccos, as if they just throw away garbage to the trash basket. It should be spent in positive activities not unhealthy hobby.
How to stop smoking?
There are facts showing that people tend to belittle the smoking habit with its deadly effect. Why? It’s hard question to answer. The nicotine addiction is responsible for the difficulty to quit. Nicotine produces more mood, energy to work and stress relief (in smoker’s think and feel). And the brain keep and consistently send command the whole body about begging of nicotine again and again. Smoking will ease the starving temporary.
These ideas hopefully could give you some clue to start your effort on not smoking:
- Knowing the dangerous of smoking to health is always a best foundation to throw away and keep away from cigarettes. Maybe you accomplished a little here in this tiny writings.
- How big your willing to stop? Determination, patient and spirit determines the success. Without this positive psychology aspect you will always defeated by this nicotine addiction and you keep smoke. How much money you’ve spent in smoking cessation program. How many time you’ve dedicated in stop smoking aids. Whatever treatment you’ve got. All will be useless, unless you have those positive mental.
- Pick the right help or program. You must understand the whole science in one treatment you will through, thus you will do the tasks wholehearted and keep going.
- Stay away for a while from peoples who smoke (even it’s your best friend), while you are in struggle to quit, until you stop steadily. Thus you’re not going to fixated to smoking again.
- Request for support from your family, friends, etc. It’s nice to have encouraging family and friends. They are there to remind you whenever you are in starvings. They’re there to strengthen your passion.

Quit smoking can really difficult if you don’t try hard, but once you can quit it have good benefit for health.
Hello, I believe that any smoker can quit smoking. Smoking can harm somebody’s life forever if they keep smoking. Cigarettes are a hazard to your body and it’s money down the drain and it’s harming the enviroment. And lots of family/friends are worried about you. I mean, do you want to die? THAN DON’T SMOKE. Because I guarentee that if you stop, your life will be much better. Remember, life is passing you by every minute. And if you quit, your life will change. I know every smoker out there can do it.
